I placed an order but need to change the shipping address, what can I do?
Please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct shipping address after you placed the order. We are unable to change the address if the order has been shipped. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fee due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping to USA:
- Free shipping within the USA for orders over $40.
- $5.99 shipping for all orders under $40
Shipping to Canada:
- $9USD for the first bag
- $4 per additional bag.
- Shipping time is 1-3 weeks.
For all international shipping:
- $15 USD for the first bag
- $5 per additional bag.
- Shipping time is 1-4 weeks
If you order more than 4 bags, you will automatically be upgraded to express shipping which is 3-8 business days
Customers are responsible for any custom/tariff costs that may arise.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your package is handed over, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, but weekends and any delays such as extreme weather can sometimes affect that timeline.
We use DHL for most packages. Orders start with DHL and are then passed on to USPS for final delivery, so you may see 2 tracking numbers.
For the most up to date tracking information, please use the tracking link you receive in your email. The tracking information in the Shop App is not always accurate. -
I haven't received a tracking number, what should I do?
Double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct, including any apt/suite numbers or PO Boxes. Our team can only process orders with a valid, complete address.

Why has my tracking stopped updating?
This is totally normal! Tracking may pause for a few days while your package is in transit and will resume once it reaches the next facility closer to you.

My order says delivered but I can't find it, what should I do?
Check your tracking details - your package may have been left in a parcel locker, with a neighbor, or at your building office. Carriers also sometimes tuck packages out of sight to prevent theft, so check around your door!
Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early. If you don't see it yet, hang tight, it may still arrive later that day or the next. If it doesn't, contact us and we can help.

Where is your product sourced from?
Our product is sourced from China, where we meticulously select and process locally grown vegetables. Prioritizing quality, we personally visited various farms and factories to choose the finest ones to partner up with. Our FDA-registered factory adheres strictly to health and safety regulations, ensuring you receive the best possible product.

Why does your pricing seem so high?
Because of water loss during the drying process, it takes approximately 3lb of fresh ingredients to yield 1lb of dried ones. At just under 1lb, our bags contain significantly more than meets the eye. While the label suggests 14 servings, each bag can generously cater to 16 to 22 servings on average. Many dehydrated vegetable soup blends use an extremely high percentage of carrots or other low-cost ingredients. We do not cut corners, the ratio of our blends were designed with consumer enjoyment as a priority.

Will you have different size options?
Yes! We are working on adding different size options in the future.

Are your products freeze dried or dehydrated?
Both! We use a combination of both depending on the individual topping.

What is the shelf life of the toppings?
To maintain the highest quality, our products have a shelf life of 15 months from the date of production. For peak flavor, we recommend enjoying them within 6 months of opening. Since we ship from a rolling inventory, the remaining shelf life of each product may vary upon arrival. For bulk orders, we recommend considering this timeframe to ensure the best possible experience. To extend the shelf life further, you can store the products in the fridge.

Why protein ramen?
As ramen fanatics and busy adults, we felt instant ramen was great but could be even better was if it were healthier. We wanted something delicious, convenient, and actually made us feel good. So we created a ramen with way more protein, less fat, fewer carbs and calories, more fiber, no preservatives, and air-dried instead of fried.

Do I have to use the dried ramen toppings with the protein ramen?
Not required, but highly recommended! The toppings take our protein ramen to the next level and work perfectly with both the stir fry and the noodle soup.

I've tried other protein ramen before, is the texture of your noodle grainy/rubbery?
We don’t think so! We believe our noodles are bouncy, not grainy or rubbery. With the help of Japanese ramen chefs, our noodles were formulated with the goal of mimicking classic ramen texture as closely as possible.
