After having a bad experience with other "healthy" ramen in the past, I was very pleasantly surprised by how good this was! The noodles are satisfyingly chewy and there was a perfect amount of sauce. Even without any additional toppings it was filling enough for a meal.

I usually limit myself to having instant ramen as an occasional treat, but since this both tastes good and is healthier, I'm excited to add it to my regular rotation.

My gym loving fiancé loves these!

I loved the chicken flavors and my fiancé really wanted to try the beef one. He works as a fitness trainer and loves how these fit into his diet. They’re a nice easy when you need a treat without needing to skip out on protein!

Absolute NEED for Instant Ramen Lovers

I've been raving about this protein ramen to my friends who love the gym as much as I do! I love Instant Ramen but don't usually want all the carbs that comes with it, so having a protein packed option is literally PERFECT for nights where I don't feel like cooking, but still don't want to compromise on my macros (gotta keep up those gym goals!)

The noodles are exactly like normal ramen and have no funny aftertaste and no gritty texture. The Teriyaki Beef stir fry and Chicken soup flavors are my favorite, and it's so nice that they have a stir fry and a soup option for variety.

I also like to add in the veggie toppings for even more nutrition. I LOVE RAMEN BAE!!!!

A Quick Scrumptious Meal for All Generations

The Teriyaki Beef Flavored Noodles with Veggie Mix were a a delicious quick dinner for my granddaughter and me after an artistic afternoon with crayons and Play-Doh. Quick , tasty, healthy and balanced. I still remember the veggie textures and flavors so well complementing the delicious teriyaki flavored beef. A quick meal for the whole family.
