OMG!! It's was everything I imagined my first time having it. I love the lite crunch, I made rolled egg with the mushroom in the middle after I soaked it dipped in ketchup. Mmmmm bomb

Enoki mushrooms

These are wonderful. I use my freshly washed kitchen shears to cut them up into smaller pieces. That way, I get that wonderful flavor in every bite of my ramen. I even use them when I make omlets.

next time I will slice the mushroom in half or thirds for use. Just my preference. I may even hydrate some and try it on salads
