I have to admit, I’ve only had a chance to try these once, but I’m very impressed so far. I bought a bunch of different pkgs. You really only need a small amount of each so these are going to last a long time. Because of the resealable bags, use as much or as little as you like, then seal them back up. Be sure to add an extra 1/4-1/2 cup of water, so it won’t suck up all your broth broth when cooking.
Next I’m going to try and use these to make Fried Rice, using rice instead ramen and adding scrambled eggs, cooking it all with a generous amount of toasted sesame oil.
One recommendation I’d like to see is using chunks or strips of Spam instead of beef. :)
