The GLP-1 Protein Problem
My appetite shrank.
My protein goal didn't.
GLP-1 meds are doing their job. Your appetite is tiny. But your body still needs 80-100g of protein a day to protect muscle, and forcing down another chalky shake when you're not hungry is miserable.
You're counting macros, worrying about muscle loss, and eating food you don't actually want. Every meal feels like a negotiation between what you can stomach and what your body needs.

product faq
-
Is it easy to digest on GLP-1?
Yes. Protein ramen is real food, not a supplement. The noodles are air-dried (not fried). No heavy oils, no artificial ingredients that upset your stomach.
-
Will it hurt my stomach like other protein products?
Protein Ramen is made from real ingredients, not protein powder, so it digests like a normal bowl of noodles.
-
How big is a portion?
Each box ($28.50 retail price) comes with 6 ramen packs, so you get six meals per box.
-
Will it fit my macros?
21-28g protein, 2-6g fat, ~300 calories, 3-5g fiber, and 30% less carbs and sodium than traditional ramen. Check each flavor's specific stats on the product cards above. They're built for high-protein, low-fat macro targets.
-
Is it plant-based?
Yes. All protein ramen flavors are 100% plant-based, non-GMO, with no preservatives. The protein comes from plant sources, not whey or animal products.
Some of our separate, dried ramen toppings have animal products. Please look at the ingredients of each toppings mix to confirm. -
How long does it take to cook?
6-7 minutes. Boil water, add noodles (and toppings as desired), cook 6-7 minutes. For soups, serve. For stir fries, drain, add back to pot, and mix in the sauce.
