These pieces come out very consistent in size, shape, and texture. It's really just that uniformity which distinguishes this product from something you could make at home with freshly cracked eggs. My homemade attempt wound up with pieces of wildly different sizes and shapes, some fully cooked and firm while others were still a little undone and runny. So I'm basically saying you can tell the difference. But in a taste test, I preferred Ramen Bae to my own homemade, so I'll definitely be buying this again.

I love this

I probably use more per serving than i should. I just start pouring and let the ancestors decide. The texture is a little firmer than an actual egg, but for a reconsititued egg? Chefs kiss

    Shelf life is 15 months if sealed and stored in a cool and dry area.

  • How long does it take to ship?

    • $4 per additional bag.
