Not my favorite. The mushrooms are very skinny and they turn into floss when rehydrated. They are delicious but they aren’t very satisfying.

The mushrooms are outstanding!

I placed what will be my first order a few weeks ago. I decided to try the Kimchi mix and the enoki mushrooms. Both are outstanding! It it really fun to tear the ekokis apart and add them to the ramen. They add a lot of texture and flavor. Highly recommend both products!
