The Beef Mix was a little too beefy for me, so I cut it with Veggie Mix. Some veggies are already included in the Beef Mix but not all (example: bean curd) so my blend increases the variety as well as ratio of veggies. The quality of these rehydrated veggies is amazing, very comparable to fresh. I don't even eat Ramen often, but this is so convenient and easy to add to soups and other recipes. The price may seem high but if you actually try to keep a wide variety of fresh veggies in your fridge year-round, you'll wind up throwing away a lot. There's no waste with Ramen Bae, so you really get your money's worth.

Delicious - Won't Go Back to Ramen without Ramen Bae!

The tofu is so silky, the corn is sweet, the garlic is seriously strong (just the way I like it). This definitely enhances your ramen experience! My favorite part is that all of the veggies are completely identifiable after they're rehydrated. I know exactly what I'm eating, no overprocessed mystery vegetable squares in this mix!

    Shelf life is 15 months if sealed and stored in a cool and dry area.
