This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by The Ramen Bae ("Sponsor," "we," "us")
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on September 15, 2026 at 12:00am ET and ends on September 29, 2026 at 11:59pm ET ("Entry Period"). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. You may enter using either or both methods; entering both increases your total number of entries.

Chef Entry (5 entries):
Post a recipe made using a Ramen Bae product, in video, carousel, or static photo format, on your own Facebook, Instagram, TikTok account
Tag @ramenbae in the post
No purchase is necessary to enter via Easy Entry. Chef Entry assumes use of a Ramen Bae product; entrants who do not wish to purchase a product may enter and remain fully eligible for all prizes through Easy Entry alone.
5. Winner Selection
Easy Entry winners (Runner-up prizes) will be selected at random from all eligible Easy Entry submissions received during the Entry Period.
Grand Prize winner will be selected by the Sponsor's judging team based on the creativity and overall presentation (visual quality and appeal) of eligible Chef Entry submissions received during the Entry Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prizes
1 Grand Prize: One (1) Ramen Bae Mega Bundle + one (1) $100 gift card to a grocery store of the winner's choice. Approximate total retail value: $250–$350.
2 Runner-up Prizes: One (1) Ramen Bae product bundle each. Approximate retail value: $75–$150 each.
Prizes are non-transferable. No cash substitution will be made except as explicitly stated above. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 3 business days of the Entry Period closing. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this window, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Content and Publicity Rights
By submitting an entry (particularly a Chef Entry), participants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to repost, share, and otherwise use the submitted content across Sponsor's marketing channels, with credit to the original creator where reasonably possible.
9. Platform Release
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Meta. Participants release Instagram, TikTok, and Meta from any and all liability arising from participation in this Giveaway.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
