Of all the mushrooms i bought (all five varieties) this is my least favorite. Even after steeping in hot water, these remain stringy and hard to eat. Oddly enough i REALLY liked the woodear mushrooms the best. I will have to say that close to fresh mushroom texture is totally lost on all but the woodear when rehydrated. I love mushrooms of all kinds but the enoki in this way are a pass for me
