Fried Shallot Beef mix is great

Tried this topping mix today and I’m impressed. It gave my ramen a nice boost without any heat, just solid flavor. The freeze-dried beef (real beef, not mystery bits) actually tastes good, and the fried shallots give it that umami kick that makes you feel like you did something fancy. I also grabbed the kimchi mix — that one adds just the right amount of heat and rehydrates surprisingly well. Both are stupid-easy to use. Definitely keeping these in the pantry.
