HOW TO PREPARE

Boil 2 cups of water. Then add noodles.
Add any dried toppings (if using) to the boiling water.
Cook on 7 minutes for medium heat. Stir frequently.
Drain the water. Add your sauce packet to the noodles and mix to combine well.

Incredible flavor and great macros

My wife and I are very conscious of tracking our macros and this instant ramen is quick, tasteful, vegan, and packed with protein with low fat which is rare for when you’re trying to cut body fat. Very filling and will continue buying

The Best of "Healthy Ramen"

I've tried a couple different "better for you" ramen soups, but they still had high fat content or minimal protein. This checks both boxes for me, and tastes delicious. I also feel like you get a very healthy portion of food for a reasonable calory meal.

SO GOOD

Loved this! Such a good alternative to traditional ramen but still craving something comforting. It’s also super voluminous which is so helpful in a calorie deficit.

We also buffed it up by adding some extra meat and eggs, and it ended up tasting surprisingly similar to the real thing. Hit the spot on a cold day!!

I’ve been very into Ramen recently, and you found me in the algorithms because I’m also eating high-protein these days.
I was so excited when I heard my package was delivered today that I left work a little early to come home, so I could take the time to make it before heading to my kids games. (I add shrimp and yammy eggs to my Ramen always.)
Thank you for the note to boil the noodles longer because I thought their consistency is really good!
I had the beef today and I thought the flavor was good. I also ordered the spicy garlic mix. I got some bonus dried white mushrooms, and fish cakes.
Because I added the dried toppings, I noticed I was losing liquid in the pan quickly, so I had to add more liquid which diluted the beef flavoring a bit. While it was convenient to throw them in with the noodles and seasoning, I think I will rehydrate them in boiling water separately moving forward to keep the flavor of the broth. I’m not loving the topping the way I thought I would. I’m wishing I would’ve purchased the veggie instead. The egg and soy meat are a bit confusing to my pallet, and I could tell when I got an occasional bite of the garlic because it was pretty potent.
All in all, I’m happy with the product - mainly because of the noodle consistency is great for the added protein/lower calorie. (I have tried a couple of others that were pretty terrible.) I also appreciate your transparency on social media and I’m happy to support your business!
