This delicious dish can be made in 10 minutes any time, with ingredients you already have in your pantry and fridge. It brings together our protein ramen (21g of protein), a sweet-savory garlic soy sauce, and pairs with any additional protein and vegetables that you have. It’s fast, flexible, and way more satisfying than takeout.

Ingredients
  • Plain Protein Ramen (x4)
  • Steak
  • Cooked broccoli
  • Optional garnish

Sauce ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Mirin
  • 1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp minced or jarred garlic
  • 0.5 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tps Black pepper

Directions

  1. Boil 8 cups of water in a large pot
  2. While water is boiling, add the sauce ingredients to a medium bowl and whisk to combine
  3. Once water is boiling, add 4 packs of plain protein ramen noodles into the pot
  4. Cook to taste, around 6 minutes on medium heat
  5. Drain the noodles, and add back to the pot
  6. Add the sauce into the noodles, and mix with chopstick or tongs until the noodles are coated
  7. Serve noodles with steak and broccoli (any meat, protein, or veggies will go great!)
  8. Top with any garnish
