A rich, deeply flavored broth built from braised bone-in beef ribs, dashi, soy, and mirin — ladled over our 21g protein noodles for a bowl that feels like it took all day, because it did. This is weekend cooking at its best: a slow braise that fills your kitchen with incredible aroma and delivers fall-off-the-bone beef in a broth you'll want to drink on its own. Hands-off, deeply satisfying, and worth every minute.
