This honey garlic chicken ramen comes together in one pan in about 25 minutes, no special trip to the store required. It pairs our plain protein ramen (21g of protein) with juicy seared chicken and a sticky honey-soy-garlic sauce that's sweet, savory, and just a little spicy. Everything gets tossed together so every noodle is coated in that glaze. It's hearty, high-protein, and a whole lot more satisfying than ordering in.

Ingredients
  • Plain Protein Ramen (x4)
  • Chicken
  • Cooked broccoli
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Optional garnish

Sauce ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp honey
  • 4 Tbsp soy Sauce
  • 1.5 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1-2 Tbsp chili garlic sauce (depending on taste)

Directions

1. Season the chicken: Pat the chicken dry, then sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
2. Mix the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and chili garlic sauce. Set aside
3. Cook the noodles: Cook the Plain Protein Ramen noodles according to the package directions (7 mins), then. Time this so they're ready right around when the sauce finishes
4. Sear the chicken: Heat neutral oil for searing in a large skillet over medium-high. Cook the chicken on each side until browned (it won't be fully cooked through yet).
5. Bloom the garlic: Add the minced garlic and cook briefly, stirring (about 30 seconds). Don't let it brown.
6. Add sauce and reduce: Pour the sauce mixture into the pan. Simmer, spooning sauce over the chicken, until the chicken is cooked through (165°F internal) and the sauce has thickened into a glaze, about 7 minutes.
7. Toss in the noodles: Add the drained noodles to the pan and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
