It comes together in 15 minutes, works as a standalone meal or a base for a fried egg on top, and delivers the kind of richness you'd expect from a restaurant bowl — made right in your kitchen.

Ingredients
  • Plain Protein Ramen (x4)
  • 3 Tbs Gochujang
  • 3 Tbs Butter
  • 3 Tbs Boullion
    Ramen Bae Kimchi Mix
    Optional fried egg
    Optional garnish

Directions

  1. Boil 8 cups water in a large pot
  2. Once water is boiling, add 4 packs of plain protein ramen noodles into the pot, along with 4 large spoonfuls of Kimchi ramen toppings
  3. Cook to taste, around 6 minutes on medium heat
  4. Reserve 1/2 cup water from the pot
  5. Drain the noodles, and add back to the pot with reserved water, gochujang, butter, and boullion
  6. Mix and cook until sauce is spread even, glossly, and water is evaporated
  7. Serve noodles with optional egg and garnish (green onion or sesame seeds)
